We try to dispatch all orders before 12pm the working day after you place your order. At busy times of the year your order may take a little longer. We will confirm by email that we’ve dispatched your swimwear, and will let you know approximately when your delivery will arrive. Any dates specified for delivery are approximate. We cannot be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by a delay.
Your delivery will arrive between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and must be signed for. For that reason we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or BPFO addresses.
In the unlikely event that you don’t receive your order within 14 days of placing it please contact us on 01462 435305 or email@example.com.
Our delivery charges
UK Mainland: FREE (usually takes 2 – 3 working days)
Ireland: £4.00 (usually takes 4 – 6 working days)
Channel Islands: £7.00
If you’d like to buy a present for a friend in another country please call to check on our delivery charges for your chosen country. International orders can take up to 7 days.
5.0 Returns & Refunds
We’re pretty sure that you’ll love your Blackfish swimwear.
However, if for any reason you’d like to return or exchange it, please return it within 14 days of receiving your order so we can refund your money or send you a replacement.
You will not be able to return your swimwear if you’ve:
* Removed the panty guard
* Taken off garment tags and labels
* Washed it, used detergent products or fabric conditioners on it
* Left perfume odours, deodorant marks or make-up marks on the swimwear from when you tried it on
* Gone for a few swims in it or worn it to a party as you look so good in it
If your swimwear fits all these criteria then we will give you a full refund.
Please use Royal Mail’s “signed for” delivery so your swimwear is covered under their postal insurance policy and we have a record of it being returned.
Refunds will be credited back to the purchaser’s card

5.1 Returning sale items
Sale items cannot be returned unless your swimwear is faulty. Any faulty sale item will be refunded at the sale price.
Refunds will be credited back to the purchaser’s card.
We are a small independent company and at this stage we do not have the setup to do online exchanges. However if you wish you can return an item to us and we can refund it to you and you can order an alternative item online. We hope to improve on this level of service as we grow.
If you’d like to cancel an order before it’s dispatched please contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
If you want to cancel an order when it’s already been dispatched please follow our returns procedure as above.
5.4 Christmas returns
All swimwear purchased as a gift between 18th November and 18th December can be returned up until 14th January the following year.
Refunds can only be given to the purchaser’s card.
Sale items are subject to our normal returns policy.
