We're completely biased this is our absolute favourite as it is our local. Still got a bit of a wait until it opens, 26th May is Swim D Day. Always massively popular get there early on a sunny day to bag your spot. There's lots of grassy areas and loungers if you're lucky.

Letchworth Pool
Opens 26th May until the end of Spetember they hold an Annual Mcmillan fundraiser here on the last swim weekend when the water is truly freezing.

Sandford Parks Lido - Gloucestershire
Just the perfect place to spend the day long lounging lawns plenty of space to let the kids hang out and a spot of ping pong if you need a distraction.

Jesus Green Outdoor Pool - Cambridge
Opens tomorrow!
A massive beast of a pool at 91 metres long you'll be slightly thrown if you're heading down to swim laps it feels forever to get to the other end. Lovely grassed area around for a bit of sunbathing too and changing rooms

Ilkley Pool and Lido - Yorkshire
Art Deco gorgeousness with a mushroom shaped pool sitting in a lush green very English valley. Also has an indoor heated pool and putting green. Great community group who support and aim to protect this facility. https://www.ilkleylido.co.uk/

Bude Sea Pool - North Cornwall
Run by the friends of Bude Sea Pool this is a feat of community effort in keeping this open. If you're in the area drop by and please give generously it costs them £40,000 a year to keep this running and that's all achieved by donations and community hard work.

Lymington Sea Water Baths - Dorset
A full on action packed giant of a pool at 110 metres and jam packed with activities
SUP, canoes, water rollers, aqua jousting, inflatable obstacle courses, this place really gets what you need to provide to entertain teenagers. Unbeatable if you're in the area make an effort to stop off. Open now
Architecturally it's a refurbished 30s beauty.
