It's that time of year when diets are rampant in magazines and on social media.

We don't talk diets at Blackfish we know you all get the basic idea that if you eat less, move around more, you will lose weight and get fitter!

But we also think that doesn't work because you end up focussing on parts of you that you don’t like as opposed to parts of you that you think are excellent! In light of this our 2020 recommendation is everyday think of three positive aspects about yourself and write them down.

It can be anything... here’s some ideas to get you started...

Your resilience and patience at dealing with a raging hormonal teenager!
